OffiShare is a professional coworking community, based in the heart of South Tulsa with easy access to highways, and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and a variety of professional amenities. The business community offers separate work areas allowing you to choose space that accommodates your varying needs throughout the workday.  Choose from casual open spaces, well-lit traditional office stations, low-light workstations great for those in the creative and design industries or break out and rest spaces.   OffiShare offers a variety of service plans that are customizable to suit your needs.



OffiShare consists of a smaller group of professionals lending to an intimate and more private coworking environment.  Our members can benefit from networking opportunities with neighboring co-workers.  Regular social opportunities and professional advancement opportunities are offered.   Choose to lead a workshop that may benefit your business as you encourage your co-working neighbors by sharing your knowledge and expertise.  Attend workshops led by your neighbors as well as other leading professionals in the greater Tulsa community.  Be a part of our thriving community of motivated professionals.

Main Office; includes four designated desks plus additional flex-workstations.  A "library" quiet environment is encouraged in the Main Office, as the community offers many flex spaces for meetings and conversations.  


Conference Room;  private space is available by the hour for small to medium groups.  Conference room time is included with some membership plans.  The conference table can seat up to 12 with additional seating available in the conference room.  Space may also be arranged with training tables.  A 65" TV is available for presentation.

Meeting Room; a welcoming, semi-private space that may be reserved for meetings, offering great flex spaces to work when not otherwise reserved.   This space offers a casual yet professional environment to meet with clients and conduct your work.  One of the favorite spaces in our community, the Meeting Room is illuminated with plenty of window light and offers a variety of casual seating options including a sofa, side chairs, and a coffeehouse-style bistro set with comfortable stools.  Mobile work stations may be utilized if you prefer to set up your workspace while soaking up the sunshine from the sofa.  This space offers a 70" Smart TV for entertainment or for meeting presentation. 


Design Studio;  shares space with the conference room.  When not reserved, this is an open space with plenty of workspace for all types of professionals.  The lack of window light in the design studio offers great control of the ambient light, offering the ideal workspace for our design and creative industry professionals.  

The Kitchenette;  offers plenty of cabinet space, a full-sized refrigerator, and microwave for those who enjoy bringing their lunch to work.   We are also well-stocked with beverages, snacks, and small-meal options available for purchase.  Complimentary coffee and water are always available to our members.


Lounge; just off the kitchenette, the lounge is a relaxing space with a comfortable convertible sofa.  We enjoy lunch breaks, visiting with neighboring co-workers, or even catching a quick nap in this space.  Some prefer to work in this flex space, as mobile desks are available to help stay productive.  


Photography Studio;  limited time is available on weekends or evenings for photographers.  Originally the exclusive home of Zeller Photography, the Photography Studio is fully equipped with background and lighting equipment.  Camera equipment will not be provided, so bring your own!  Zeller Photography is still the primary occupant of the Photography Studio on weekends and occasional evenings after office hours.  We will share time and coordinate a working schedule with one or two additional photographers who wish to utilize our space and equipment.  Priority time is offered to those photography professionals who maintain a co-working service agreement with OffiShare.
